- Export Assurance
Export Assurance provides turnkey services in support of the extraordinary income tax benefits available to companies engaged in exporting activities as provided for under the newly enacted Tax Increase Prevention and Reconciliation Act of 2005 ("Tax Act").
Export activities include both the sale and leasing of goods and certain services. Included as well is the sale of goods by a distributor where the goods are sold domestically but are ultimately exported. As well, engineering and architectural services performed for foreign projects count as "exports" for IC-DISC purposes. Leasing is also an "export" under the Tax Act.
Export Assurance provides turnkey services for companies engaged in export activities. Our turnkey services, which include the tax expertise of our outside corporate and tax attorneys, handle the legal, accounting, and regulatory hurdles to ensure compliance with the Tax Act and the Internal Revenue Code to allow for maximum tax savings.
Under the current law, exporting companies can realize a 60% - 100% savings on their income taxes related to export revenues.
