- Houston Clean Cities Program
The Greater Houston Regional Clean Cities Coalition (the Coalition) is a locally-based government/industry partnership, coordinated by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to expand the use of alternative fuels and vehicles.The coalition stakeholders represent local, state and federal agencies and businesses that are committed to the operation of alternative fuel vehicles. Stakeholders also represent businesses and services that will increase the use of alternative fuels.
