We do this by focusing on your problem or situation, and directing all our efforts toward real-world answers and explanations that work for you, in your life.
Direct and Plain-talking. We aren't trying to impress you or anyone else with 'psycho-babble' or fancy psychological terms or theories. We will talk to you in a respectful, straightforward manner, always keeping YOUR goals in mind. We believe it is our obligation to give you the answers or information you request in a way that you can understand and implement it. We are 'results oriented' and will set a high standard for our helpfulness and your success.
Cognitive/Behavioral. Long respected and extremely successful, this 'style' of counseling involves working with thinking and behaviors for maximum results. It's very 'hands-on', interactive, and is the preferred therapy for many issues. Feel free to call us if you have any questions, or you would like to speak with a therapist. Feeling comfortable with your therapist is very important, so we encourage you to ask any questions you like about our background, training, licenses, or orientation.
